Terms & Conditions
Last updated: May 30, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase of alcoholic beverages and related bottling services from Tequila Financial DBA TequilaPicks.com(“we,” “us,” or “our”) through TequilaPicks.com. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
2. Merchant of record
Tequila Financial DBA TequilaPicks.com is the merchant of record for all sales on TequilaPicks.com. We sell finished tequila products directly to consumers. We are not a marketplace, broker, investment platform, or financial services provider. You are purchasing bottled alcoholic beverages and, where applicable, a custom barrel-pick bottling program that results in finished bottles shipped to you.
U.S. Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) Basic Permit: CA-P-27323.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age and legally permitted to purchase alcohol in your jurisdiction. We may cancel any order if age or shipping eligibility cannot be verified. A valid government-issued ID showing date of birth may be required at delivery; adult signature is required for all alcohol shipments.
4. Products
Ready-to-ship bottles: Individual bottles of finished tequila listed on our store are in stock or readily available for fulfillment and ship to eligible U.S. addresses.
Barrel-pick bottling programs: A barrel pick is the purchase of a finished bottling program—not a deposit, pre-order reservation, or investment. Payment is for the complete program, including production of your labeled, bottled tequila. After you confirm label and bottling selections, your finished bottles are produced and ship within 5–10 business days after label and bottling selections are confirmed. You receive finished alcoholic beverages; you do not acquire a financial interest, security, or ownership stake in a barrel as an asset for investment purposes.
5. Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Barrel-pick pricing includes applicable taxes and bottling fees as stated on the product page. Shipping is charged at checkout: $500 for orders containing a barrel pick and $50 for orders containing bottles (both rates apply if your cart includes both product types). Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Your card is charged the full order total at checkout.

7. Order acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline orders for any lawful reason, including product availability, shipping restrictions, or compliance concerns. Order confirmation email constitutes acceptance.
8. Refunds
Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy. Because alcohol returns are restricted by law, most sales are final once production or shipment has begun.
9. Responsible consumption
Drink responsibly. Do not share alcohol with minors. Do not operate vehicles or machinery after consuming alcohol.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
